We offer insured shipping on all orders. Standard processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Signature is required upon delivery for security.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I get my jewelry resized or repaired?
We provide professional resizing and repair services. If you purchased a ring that doesn't fit perfectly, contact us within 30 days for a complimentary resizing on most standard styles.
