Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box with all certificates, appraisal documents, and protective packaging included to ensure safe transit.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
